Mass gain shakes

Hi everyone

Been on a mass gainer for the last

5-6 weeks ... The last 2 weeks or so my

Belly is bloated and is sticking out

So I've decided to make my own ones

Oats , whey protein , banana ,peanut

Butter, honey

Berries coconut milk and cinnamon

I feel so much better already around

The belly area ....

God knows what goes in those mass

Gain shakes but it can't be good
