Been checking out this place for a week or so now. I have been extensively reading your nutrition section. Came up with a meal plan using what I learned, went and bought a lot of food today and I am implementing my new plan when I wake up in the morning!
I am 36, male and I am an amateur MMA fighter. So I will not be doing any steroids just yet seeing as is against the rules, but the whole fighting thing was something I've always wanted to do and I started late in life and it isn't a career choice. So when I decide to hang it up and stop competing I just might do a cycle and see how it works for me.
So I'm here researching and putting together a good diet and we'll see where it goes!!
