PCT for my SUST 250 cycle

hi guys I'll b taking a sust 250 cycle 500mg a week for 15 weeks and have both clomid and nolvadex on hand ,



I'll be starting it 20 days after my last injection and can't really decide on the dosages because I'm running a longer cycle

I was thinking

Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg

Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg

Following 10 days - Clomid 30mg + Nolvadex 10mg



please im not sure which dosages to run for my pct any advise is appreciated
