Hi guys I was wondering whether you would be able to give me some advice on my current diet
I'm currently having 120mcg of clen each day
Breakfast:
4 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
Lunch:
chicken with veg and rice
Snack:
banana
Dinner:
chicken with veg and rice
I train 4-5 times a week and sometimes do cardio.
Please comment back with any advice
