So excited to be part of the forums! I've been lifting for one year now. My diet is very strict (Paleo) and I want to take my body to the next level. I've been having trouble finding quality information online in regards to women and cycling...specifically pct. Hoping that I can gain some knowledge of proper use of gear for women here. I am on my first week of Primo and not sure what I should be taking and what is the proper dosing for pct.
