I just can't seem to shift it, I do cardio etc. I have a very hectic life always busy but it just won't budge lol. Do you think maybe its my age? Ime 37 so maybe middle age spread lol. Also eat clean six times a day. It will just not move. Just wondering if you guys had any tips please
