185lbs and 5'9 @ 13% bf isn't exactly... big. If anything it's above mediocrity (unless you're marcus, who would deem me as someone who doesnt even lift).
I hope they get it into their heads that I'm not going to cripple myself in 5 years and if anything I'll be healthier than the average joe
