Is there a link to find out what all of the abbreviation mean?

I was told to check my e2, I been searching and reading post but can't seem to be able to find the meaning of e2, I see many other abbreviations for blood work results, is there a list of meanings for these abbreviations that one can refer to? E2 is mentioned in many post but no definition is easy to find.
