Ok so I started taking anavar for about two months lost about 8 lbs. then stopped for about three weeks now am back on it. Just joined this forum realized Im doing this incorrectly. I'm 5'7 173 lbs. What's is the proper dosage I should take I'm currently taking 50 mg...I think. I've noticed a lot of other supplements I've noticed I should take. Is there a link on here so I can inform myself on how to properly take this.
