I'm a 26 year old male who has been training for a couple of years and made decent gains. My stats are:
191cm / 6'3
100kg / 220 lbs
+-13% bf (33mm on the 3 caliper skinfolds = 9.55% but this definitely underestimates my BF)
I keep track of my calories every day and am eating on a 15% surplus for this winter.
Now, I want to start my first cycle, I feel I'm ready for it since my training and nutrition base is decent.
I am planning on doing one 250 SUST injection a week, for ten weeks. It might be a light cycle, but I'm worried about sides like gyno
since I naturally already have some fat deposits around my nipples. I want to take it slowly and see how my body reacts to steroids.
What are your opinions on it? My further questions are
- I'm expecting to gain about 5kg dry mass (11lbs) and lose 1 or 2 afterwards (4 lbs). Realistic?
- Should I keep eating at a +15% kcal surplus?
- I work out 5 days a week, I could train for longer amount of time per workout while on the cycle, is this adviced?
- Is PCT really a necessity with cycles like these?
If I'm going to go through with it, I will visit my GP for blood work now and then no problem.
