Here is whats going on, I have injected test, tren, deca, EQ, Etc. over the last 1-2 years in mainly two spots. My right and left delts; however, after doing it for so long it hurts so damn bad to the point I don't pin there anymore.
I know there is scar tissue there that's why I no longer pin there. My question is will the pain go away after a while if I stop pinning that area or do I have permanent damage? Lifting weights, any type of rotation or movement hurts both shoulders. There is no abscess, infection, swelling, etc.
Any help on what I should or shouldn't do would be greatly appreciated.
