Need some advice, pretty sure my oestrogen is too low.

I'm 22 currently 6 weeks into my first cycle 12 weeks Test E 500mg a week mon/thu. HCG 100iu ED, pct will be clomid and nolva. Started off with arimidex at 0.25EOD 3.5 weeks in developed gyno symptoms tender right nipple lump just to the side under the skin, felt sad no energy etc. started nolva at 40mg and increased my arimidex to .5mg ED within 3 days lump and soreness had gone and felt good as gold, dropped the nolva after 1 week and continued my arimidex .5mg. Just recently though over the last week or so I've noticed my joints are a bit sore, loss of sex drive, head aches and just not feeling too flash all the synptoms seem to be caused by low estrogen, I got my mid blood cycles done today so hopefully Monday il find out my levels, just curious to wether I should drop my arimidex to .25mgED or .5mgEOD? Near certain that my estrogen has gotten too low, would appreciate some help from anyone that has experienced this..
