Okay so in a very easy to understand way, can you explain the difference to a PCT like Nolvadex and hCG? Is PCT and hCG the same?
When's the best time to take a PCT... I've read several answers on this forum. Example "a good pct should last for 3 weeks, and you should run it three weeks after your last sustanon injection". Sustanon is what I'm going to be taking.
I've also read you should ignore the taking of PCT after your last injection. That's apparently an old school belief? It should be taken while on cycle and also after?
As you may have read yourself there are a few theories. Just want some clearing up.
He other one is... Can someone please explain a typical 8 week on 2 week off cycle with Steroids.I'm a bit confused about when your off. Do you stop taking steroids all together for 2 weeks and the anabolic test slowly declines then you go back on for 8 weeks? Or do you lower the dosage for 2 weeks? I read Ronnies thread and I was a little confused. Left a similar message on that thread to.
