Hey folks,



David here, im 27yrs old, 5'10 at 14st 9lb from the uk and been training for the best part of 2 years.



Started out just in the gym but then started mixing up crossfit. Now im hooked and want to shift the body fat right down.

Im strong but can always be stronger and my metcon is terrible along with my overall physique (chubby ha)



Just here to do some research and ask some questions into my very first cycle.

Hello I'm new to this forum and new to forums in general so forgive me of my post is silly.

I'm 31, been lifting since 19. I have gotten really good results over the years but have hit a roadblock over past few years. I'm 5 10 and weigh 218, don't know BF but I'm in shape. My problem is it havnt had any significant gains in a few years and my strength is actually declining.

I've only ever used creatine, protein and vitamins but think I'm ready for the next step. I want some big gains before I lose interest in my life long hobby and was wondering where to start with ordering stronger supplements online. Like maybe some legit site recommendations would be nice bc I don't know where to start.

Also on a side note I was told I'd receive a free bottle for joining this forum but received nothing in my e mail to retrieve it. Any idea how I got that? Thank you to anyone that helps me with either question

Ok I'm 24, I took my first weight lifting class in high school at 15. I stuck with weight lifting since but had college and work in the way of me obtaining my gaol physique. I use creatine and preworkout a which help but don't get me to that rele nice looking figure. I'm 10% body fat right now without. And I'm 5feet 9.7inches at 168lbs. I'm going to be 25 soon and I have to say I've definitely noticed a decrease in the vitality of my work out routine. Now that I'm done with school and workin give been religiously going to the gym on average 3.5 times a week for 1hr and 40 minutes at a time. (That's just and average over a time span greater than a year.) I have the dedication I just need a little boost. So I've been thinking about steroids, I know a decent amount about them and just want to try them so I can reach my goal. That's why I'm here. So hello everyone, looking forward to hearing about ur ideas and experiences.

New member here. Joined to learn more and figure out which route I wanna take. I'm 40 and workout regularly but need to start eating more clean and shed some fat then put on muscle and gain strength. The older I get the harder it seems. I'm always tired and it's sometimes hard to stay motivated. So I'm here to get back on track.

Hello, my name is Yolaunda. I have been going to the gym for 6 years but only seriously weight training for 1 year. I am currently trying to build muscle and stay lean at the same time. I am 3 weeks into my first cycle of Var and so far everything seems to be going good. One thing that is kind of puzzling me, is my abs. They looked pretty good before I started my cycle but they have pretty much been nonexistent in the last couple weeks. I think diet is pretty good. I do have 1 cheat meal per week but other than that I am running 40/40/20.

My stats: Age 37

Height: 5'0

Weight: 107

Bodyfat: Around 19% it could be lower, I am just guessing and always hard on myself (I have never had it tested)

My training is a 4 days a week weight training and 2 days a week cardio. I know that there are tons is tons of information on here, so I am off to see what I can learn.
