Taking t3 while on cycle for better bmr gains?

Hey guys was gonna run a cycle and recently got prescribed a t3 replacement. For a thyroid issue I have and have heard that t3 can be significant in raising your bmr???! Any thoughts on this and how much to run?? I'm on a very low dose of 5 Mcg a day and take at end of day. Any advice would be much appreciated
