New Food Ideas...Help!

Okay, so I'm on a bulk at roughly 4,000 calories a day. I am looking for suggestions for replacing my second and third meal of the day (the two meals I eat while at work). First and foremost, I hate cooking lol, which is why I cook everything on the weekends for my entire week. Currently, I have been eating a beef stew consisting of 9 ounces of beef and 400 grams of white potatoes (along with some baby carrots and a chopped onion for flavor) per meal. I've been on this meal plan for the past 2 months, and I'm sick of it now.



Does anyone have any suggestions on meals I could replace my existing ones with? Keep in mind that whatever I make would need to last up to a week in the refrigerator. I'm really craving burgers (lean beef), but I don't think they would last in the fridge that long and they would dry out anyway. Also, before I switched to this meal, I was eating chicken and rice, and I don't want to go back to that meal either. Any suggestions? I don't want to do a dirty bulk, but I also don't mind 'nonoptimal' carb sources such as bread or other carb sources that are at least moderate on the glycemic index.
