Hey all about to start my first cycle but i am having trouble getting the timing of the hCG down, what would you recommend, the thing is everyone says something different.
1-12 Test E 400mg/week (mon/thurs)
1-12 or 1-14 or 4-12 or 8-14 hCG 500iu/week (same as test shot)
1-14 Arimidex 0.25mg every other day (more if needed)
I know i should use it on cycle, the use of it pct is old school. but what weeks do you recommend, everyone seems to be up in the air about it. MY thinking is that 4-12 sounds right but i would like to hear some input
