First Cycle since before Dec 2013! Opinions :)

Hello fellas,

I'm starting the cycle below in a couple Sunday's (fresh week). Back into training properly after recovering a few broken bones/bruised muscles (mainly leg). Last cycle was beginning 2013. So maybe a bit rusty, but hey gotta start some where right!? :)

If you've any advice on tweets or changes please comment. If you think it's sound let me know. :)



Week's 1 - 4

Dbol - 40mg per day

Test 400 - 1ml per week (probs on a mon)

Deca - 200mg per week (probs on a thurs)



Week's 5 - 6

Dbol - 40mg per day

Test 400 - 2ml per week (mon/thurs)

Deca - 200mg per week (thurs with a test pin)



Week's 7 - 10

Test 400 - 2ml per week (mon/thurs)

Deca - 200mg per week (thurs with a test pin)



Week's 11 - 12

Test 400 - 2ml per week (mon/thurs)



PCT sorted, week 13 off then start it. Just hoping my body hasn't changed to much over a couple years!



I'll be updating this thread or making a new one in the coming weeks with before, during and after results. And how feel/mood/what I've found and tweaked. :)
