12 week cycle, not too sure how this works

My coach sent me a gear regimen to add to my 12 transformation, and it's a 12 week cycle, it's my first time prepping and i'm going to do a show on june, all i want to know how many ampules of Sustanon 250 am i supposed to get for my 12 weeks?(I'm adding other products aswell) but that's all i want to know cause i have a website that has 1 ampule of 250mg, and i need to dose up to 1000mg a week, how many ampules am i supposed to get for the whole 12 weeks?



Also when i'm 8 weeks out? he told me to add winstrol, tren, masteron, but keep the ones above, i don't understand what he meant by that, did he mean take the winstrol tren and masteron, but continue taking the sus and the other ones? Someone please help me here i'm confused lol
