Please help, i just got a new cycle package

i always just used Tren acetate and nothing else. i just got a mass cycle and i need help using it correctly. i got in the package: Methabol, sustanon,test E, test C, napasim, tren E, 5 vials of omndren, deca, nolvdex and naposim.



what do i do? im reading up on how but i got confused...PLEASE HELP

177lbs (80.6)

and around 15% bf



the question is , if I eat around 2600 calories a day with carb cycling, and I weight train around 1 and a half hours 5-6 times a week, as well as HIIT cardio 3 times a week and LISS training some mornings could I get leaner, to maybe 10% bf?

ive been cutting for a while and its just killing my gains and strength as well as my mood , I was cutting at 1900 calories.



I have love handles, some belly fat and a bit of chest fat , I would like to get rid of it within the next 2-3 months

any advice or answers?

Currently on

Sustanon 750mg a week

.5mg adex every day





Libido was great , and then all the sudden gone!



No more morning erection, difficulty maintaining erection, awful cumshots



So I got my blood work done, as follows -



Testosterone >1500 pg/ml (over max for test)

Estradiol 9.76 pg/ml (8-42)

Total estrogen 222 pg/ml (under 200 for males)

Prolactin 5.5 ng/ml (4-15)

SHBG 13 (10-57)





My doctor told me to bump up the arimidex, and

I questioned him bc of the low estradiol. He told me that its the total estrogen which is more important.



I dont think hes right. Can you guys help me out?
