Been a while since i posted due to getting a hernia :/
to cut a long story short i have my corrective (keyhole) hernia surgery soon after being out of the gym for around 3 to 4 months now. The doctor has said i should be able to return to the gym the same week as the keyhole surgery has a much faster recovery time..
does anyone have any advice or experience on returning to the gym after having keyhole hernia surgery?
I also plan to go back on a cycle after i have reconditioned my body after being off for so long.
any one have any experience on how to go about this? i.e treat it as a first cycle etc..
