Hi guys, anyone can talk about micronutrient , vitamins minerals and antioxidant...how much fruits and veggies should i eat? (by the way i dont eat a lot if veggies because i dont like em...but i eat a lot of fruit and dried fruits i think those are very good!) is there any guidline to the intake?portions..? Looking for good advice
