First off…as you may see… I'm the new guy on the block. I have looked as a guest on here for a while... and honestly, it was time for me to ask a particular question so I became a member. I just started HRT, so I figured out why not become a member. As I would consider my self a amateur in this field….. I will leave all of the major things that I'm not sure about, to the pro's on here handle most of the other questions. But I will offer what I do know to this site... when I can. So here we go.
Animal Flex Review:
At first after reading all of the reviews I was skeptical as it almost has a perfect 10. I have a lot of shoulder problems from the past.. and even when I swim in a pool, my shoulders are Snap, crackle, pop. I wasn't in pain really….but the just popped A LOT. Anyway….. after deciding to hit the gym a few months ago…. I got the Snap, crackle, pop with the added pain. Enough where it would be too sore for me to sleep on them at night. So I knew I needed some assistance, so I ordered the animal flex to give it a shot.
At first it was the price. About $25 for a months supply, which I thought wasn't that bad. Ordered it through BB and at first opening it was crazy to see all of those pills just aimed at its target(muscles,ligaments, joints, ect.). First downfall was I took it on a 1/2 full stomach, which hurt my belly a tad, so take on a full stomach(per the instructions haha). Second… didn't really notice much of a difference at first but after a few days(lets just say a week), I started to noticed much less snap, crackle, pop, and my movement just felt better all the way around. In other words… I was happy with its performance. I'm going to give it a 9/10.
Here is the downfall…. I quit taking it for a couple days….and that's when I noticed! I guess it was working more then I had realized. I really felt the soreness and stiffness and popping come on back with a vengeance! I started taking again….and it went back away. I guess my body loves this stuff because it sure let me know when I stopped taking it.
Wrapping up here...Over all…. I like it and will continue to take it. I know there are other choices, but I'm the person that looks at it like, why change it if it's working. Now of course, results will very per the person, so please don't say "vbguy is an idiot..this stuff don't work" …. as that may be true…. I'm only speaking from my personal experience of using Animal flex. So there you have it guys….its pretty cheap… did me well…..if you having some pain…..give it a shot.
