Hello everyone! Love the site. I'm 6 ft, 205 lbs. 34 yrs old and looking to get into better shape. I'm located 45 min nw of Chicago. I was always skinny in high school when I started lifting. Never looked into diet and regret it now. In the past two years I have cycled twice. Went from 185lbs to 232lbs on test e. Never cut and stopped working out. In March I injured my left foot, tear in tendon in arch. Just getting back on my feet and want to start naturally. Any direction/advice would be appreciated. I have had UC (ulcerative colitis) for twenty-four years so I always have to take that into consideration when choosing what to eat. Thank you!
