Arimidex during the cycle

I see its recommended to have 0.5mg of arimidex every day to keep the estrogen levels down and keep the side effects to a minimum,

for a 10 week cycle, would you recommend take 0.5mg every day of that 10 week cycle or go 14 days on 14 days off?
