Question about my macros

I am currently doing Jim Stoppani's 6 week Shortcut to shred. Here is a summary of what it is. I am 190lbs.



Week 1

300g of Protein (1.5 per pound of bodyweight)

300g of Carbs (1.5)

100g of Fats (.5)



Week 2 and 3:

300g of Protein (1.5 per pound of bodyweight)

200g of Carbs (1)

100g of Fats (.5)



Week 4,5,6

300g of Protein (1.5 per pound of bodyweight)

100g of Carbs (.5)

100g of Fats (.5)



I am doing a mens physique comp and am about 5 weeks out. I am currently at 11% bodyfat (according to the machine at nutrishop). I am always looking at diet advice. Right now I am in week 2 and prepping for week 4 and phase 3. My question is do you think the fat intake is too high? Iv seen most people do the 40/40/20 approach which would result in about 50g of fat for me. Jim knows what hes talking about i know, but alot of other people dont seem to have this high of a fat intank. This program might work really well for Jim, but why are so many other people not doing this? What do you think?



How are my carbs? Should I carb cycle or stick to 100g for phase 3? Keeping in mind that I am doing mens physique.
