Diet help please

6ft 2 in 20 st trying to drop a bit of weight and tone up , taking 2ml TNT (tren 150 test 150 deca150 blend) per week split in two 1 ml injections plus 3 debol 30 mins before training, I'm a bit of a novice so please be nice :)



Morning

Black coffee , cardio



Porridge and protein shake after



Mid morning, peanut butter, banana( need help)



Evening (rice chicken and vegetables



Train protein shake
