I would appreciate some advice here.
I´m 39 year old aiming at a road cycling competition on July.
I´m working out ABCD at the gym and training 4x a week on my bike (interval trainings and long run during the weekends).
My target is to be able to keep that pace until July as well to gain some lean mass. I´m 1,85m, 84kg, 12% fat body mass.
I have joint pain, a lot.
I would like to run the following protocol:
March-April
1st to 8th week - Deca Durabolin 150mg (100mg each 5 days)
4th to 8th week - Durateston 250mg (weekly)
May - 1 month Break
From May 15th to 28th CLOMID 50mg + 20mg tamoxifen
(IS THAT TOO MUCH? TOO LITTLE??)
June-July
1st to 7th week - Deca Durabolin 150mg (100mg each 5 days)
1th to 7th week - Durateston 250mg (weekly)
The same PCT starting on 15h after cycle.
