Canadian gym junkie, just saying hello!
A little about my self, just got back in the gym, about 3 months ago. After taking the better part of a year off.
31 years old 5'6ft 168lbs 17% BF
Diet = Clean as clean gets... 3k-3600 C/day Cardio in the morning and the afternoon.
I've got a couple of 'questions' right now I'm working on form, rather than throwing shit around the gym, i've decided to dedicate my self to this part of my life, training and I want to do it correctly. I've left my ego at the door. I could use some advice on a good routine, a way to log and organize my workouts, and good foundation for a training regiment, I have been sifting through allot of the bullshit online, and everything is different, every website i have read, seems to have lame ass workouts, just to get to the end of them and find out they where just trying to sell you a ****ing book and a protein shake, there's a couple of guys at the gym that have given me some advice, but they also have legs the size of my cock, and an upper-body like fat Arnold so i'm not sure they are the best people to talk to.
On hand at the moment, keep in mind I haven't started this cycle yet just the HGH. I've got a 'script' for HGH running me $1000 a pop =\ but its pharm grade so it's amazing. The 'gear' i've picked up is as follows, test 400 deca dbol EQ HCG clomid arimidex - HGH huma-log ghrp-6<-- bought the peptides online from a trusted source. Anyways, i'm thinking about starting this gear around the 6 month mark of my training when my HGH really starts to kick in. If there is anything I should add to this stack, or any advice you could give a first time user, I would appreciate it. I think I Should be waiting for around a year to even start. I've heard mixed things from people, i've been told to just take the shit now, i've also been told to wait until my tendons strengthen form is flawless and then jump on.
