Hey newbee here! Excited to be here. 34 5'9" 240. Went thru injuries and back surgery and put on to much wait and lost muscle! I've got started with gear but not sure on correct cycles or what to do when coming off. Need help with allot!!! Haha! Ready to get it all back right.
