Hi guys I have been snooping around and doing research and I don't plan on starting anything until I read every dam thing I need to. But I have been kind of stumped on what first timers are using SUCCESSFULY these days? My overall goal is to get shredded with some weight but not full on buff (Maybe at 170-190?). At 5'8 170, I have been lifting for about 2 years and am 23 years old.
First cycle recommendations please? Yikes
