I am enjoying reading all the information and experience from all the members. I really appreciate the passion I can feel from many of you regarding health and fitness.
I am 46, and have been lifting consistently for the last 4 years, and eating properly. Work out 4 days/wk.
Current size is 5'10.5", 182lbs. Still can give younger guys my size a run for their money, haha. Looking to go to that next level with my body. Goal is to add about 10lbs of LBM over the next 12-18months.
