I'm new here. A bit about myself I'm in my mid-30s, 5'8" 195lbs.
I don't have a lot of knowledge on the topic of AAS, so I'm looking to educate myself as much as possible. My early years of training I mainly focused on hypertrophy based programs which had a lot more volume than what I'm doing now. Over the past 3 years I've focused on strength based programs which have worked well to that end, but now trying to add volume back into my training, my recovery isn't what it used to be. So I'll be looking at how all this fits in with that and also looking for ways to improve my cuts to minimize catabolism.
