Ive been reading about test sust 250 and HGH , im 26 years old 230 lbs and probably 16-19% bodyfat, ive been lifting for 4 years recently married so my diet has slumped a little and im looking to get the diet back on track and get some aid in my workout.... i read a lot about HGH and seems to be what im interested in... i was told it will do nothing for what my goals are which is to be keep my muscle and lean out , i was told i needed to take test with it for good results BUT i read A LOT about test and im afraid of acne / gyno and i do not know a lot about PCT and how my body will respond... im hispanic and i have a muscular large chest so i was told i would be prone to gyno if i did it. I started leaning more towards HGH because i was told you dont need PCT with it... im just looking for some pointers and what i should start with .... thank you.
