How long does the dry mouth from arimidex last if you stop taking it?

I stopped taking it 2 days ago and I still have dry mouth and I feel dehydrated most of the time. Also how long until the test c side effects go away? I discontinued after using for 2 weeks and I was sweating last night and I feel warm most of the day.
