Hey guys, I'm an ex college athlete, I played soccer. I've been working out the past few months trying to get my body to what I was before because I took a break after my last injury, where I was unable to play for a 6 months. So, i'm slowly working out again and trying to recover the body but build and make my body better. I would love some advice from you senior members on work outs / dieting because I'm going to keep working and do my best to get my body back and better than before! So, if any of you knowledgeable people out there wouldn't mind offering some of your time and advice, I would love to hear what you've got for me!
