I read that you should have a few years of lifting under your belt before you start cycling. Im 29 and I've only been lifting weights every now and then. I have been doing roof construction full time since I was 14.. Is that close enough? I really don't want to wait for 2 years of weight lifting to try steroids. I would hate to tear something and stop working out because of an injury. How long does connective tissue or tendons take to build up?
