Anavar 50mg troche once or twice per day?

Hey guys, doing Test/Deca twice per week 2cc total

First time I have added anavar and I got the 50mg troche. Some guys saying I should split twice per day others saying first thing in am. I work out first thing in am. Ive read its not good at bedtime others its better. Any recent experiences?
