Loosing for some suggestions for my fourth cycle. Current stats are.
29years old
197 lbs
15-18% bf
Previous cycles
Test 500 ew 12 weeks
A dex .25 eod
Pct nolva clomid 40/40/20/20 100/50/50/50
Test 750 ew 11 weeks
A dex .5 eod (upped ai due to bloating)
Same pct
test 500 ew 14 weeks
Deca 400 ew 1-12
A dex . 25 eod
Same pct
Awesome gains in strength and size on all three cycles size and weight was huge on 750 mg test. And on deca strength was through the roof, didn't put on as much size/weight.
My question is. I want to run test again around 500-600 but want to try an oral. I was thinking var to start or Winn to finish. Both I can get at 50mg. Has anyone had positive results from 50 mg var, or would you all rub 100mg.. Also Winn is 50mg but have read and heard that 50mg is sufficient. My main goal is strength and performance. I do power lifts, but not just power lifts. I have been getting in to Olympic lifts also. I do need to keep a good cardiovascular endurance so i try to run and or do what some might call metabolic conditioning work outs.
