Hey guys I'm a noob trying to start a new cycle. First off my age is 23, Weight-269, Body Fat% - 30%. My activity level is awesome. I own a tree service so I'm outside 8hrs a day constantly moving. I'm not in to bad of shape I've lifted heavy all my life I was a powerlifter in high school but I've always had a belly and boobs. Then after I go to the gym for a hr or more everyday. I bought Liquid T3, Hulk labs Test Propanate, 50mg anavar pills, and Liquid Clen. I'm trying to lose fat. My diet consists of mainly protein. Basically the Atkins diet. I only eat about 30g of carbs a day. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys!
