I'm 37 years old and started gym 4 years ago for the first time. After training for 7 months I was injured whilst pushing on dumble incline bench and ripped my biceps which kept me out of gym for way too long (9 months). I finally got back to gym but pushed myself to hard to quickly and injured myself again. I was then too scared to go back but finally found my brass balls somewhere 3 months ago and went back and I must say that I'm really enjoying being back.
Stats:
Height - 6"1
Weight - 188lbs
BMI - 25
BF - 19%
I have had some good gains over the last 3 months but I am now looking at starting a bulking fase with some assistance from testoviron depot (250mg) and deca durabolin (100mg) per week for 12 weeks and will then start with pct. I am a first time user and this is what has been suggested to me. I would appreciate any feedback from the more experienced here please
