Hi, im looking to run my first cycle and wanted some advice on how many times to take a week, what to take and how long for.
My height is 6foot, I weigh 83kg, Im around 12% body fat.
Im in good shape at the moment but for a while now I havnt seen anymore progession thats why im choosing to run a course.
