Hello, Im new to this site and have never done steroids. Im 23 years old with 6 years of on and off weightlifting experience. I want to put on more muscle. This is the plan I want to use
Week 1-12 Test Enanthane 500 mg per week
Week 13-14 Take time to let Test clear out
Week 15-16 Nolvadex 40 mg every day
Week 17-18 Nolvadex 20 mg every day
Is this a good first cycle? Also would I be able to do some cardio (to help me loose body fat) and still build muscle?
I would do my cardio in the morning and lift in the evening
