Alright guys haven't been on here for a few years and also had a break from training for no reason in particular just new house baby and business but as of now after seeing a picture of myself 3 years ago and seein myself now I really need to sort myself out and lose weight anyway enough of babbling on basically I am 16.11stone prob about 30-40% body fat I'm not to sure that's is just a guess from myself. I can't seem to find the info i am looking for so I was hoping someone could help me sort my diet out thanks
