Fitbit Flex accuracy

I had my TDEE figured at 3200 so on my recent bulk I was eating at 4k over 3 months and gained about 13 pounds. I was looking more bloated than anything. I then cut my cals back to 2500 and within 2 weeks I was back down to my starting weight of 200 pounds. I have been wearing the fitbit for awhile now and on average it claims that I burn between 3800 and 4100 calories a day. I work an active job and I am on my feet walking back and forth in a warehouse all night carrying boxes. If the only answer is to eat close to 5k to actually start seeing gains then I guess I'm SOL because ir was a SOAB just cramming in 4k clean.
