Hi guys! My first post here. I'm 23yo 178cm and 82kg. Been lifting for 5years on/off. So I'm planning my second cycle for the summer. I'm trying to cut my bf% from approx 15% to down couple of% without loosing too much muscle. I'm doing ketogenic diet.
I'v planned following:
150 mg test prop eod 6w
50 mg tbol ed 6w
I have adex but didn't need it before.
My previous cycle was 500 mg sust for 14w. My pct was clomid 100/100/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20.
I was thinking of doing the same pct for this 6w cycle but since it's so short would nolva at 40/20/20 be enough? Hcg is prob not needed here. So is this good to go? Thanks for help!
