I'm a new guy to this. My body weight is around 265-270lbs I'm 5' 10". Exact body fat percentage is unknown at the moment. I started my weight loss at 325lbs but have hit a wall and am looking for a great cycle to get an edge. I work out Monday through Friday with cardio after each days session. I eat mainly chicken, egg whites, and fish with broccoli and cabbage. (Basically high protein and green) any help an advice is extremely welcome. Thanks in advance!
