I am 24 Years old
I am currently at 18-20% bodyfat as I see myself in mirror.
I am completing my studies in one month and after that I am free for 6 months
I want to get as lean as possible in this 6 months time
I am not afraid of taking medicines but I will prefer if need not to use them.
I found this carb cycling program "Chris Powell's Turbo Cycle" Chris PowellCarb Cycling: The Turbo Cycle - Chris Powell
I will keep my calories anywhere between 1800-2100
I am planning to stick to this cycle please tell me if this will work for me.
I am planning to workout 6 days a week (Cardio+Weights)
Will all this do the job? or I need to do something more?
