First Cycle Test Cyp Injections

Hi guys,



Straight to the point my first cycle which will be in January time is going to be Test Cyp.



I'd just like to make sure I've got the dose and timescale correct because I've been told two different things.



First was to rise the Test Cyp once a week with a 400mg injection.



The other was to split this in half have a 200mg injection and then another 200mg injection 3 days later.



Is there a right or wrong way of medicating?
