Good day fellow iron heads! My name is Blake and I'm looking forward to getting some good guidance on here. Have learned a lot about AAS from reading posts. Been lifting on and off for about 6 years.... Most recently though I have been dedicated for the past 5 months. Im at the tail end of a GVT TRAINING CYCLE, and am about to begin a heavier program after I test my 1 rep maxes for the big 3. I'm ready to take my fitness to the next level. I do meal planning and my diet is impeccable ( currently cutting ) and lift 5 days a week. I don't drink, don't smoke and take all the good supplements, core ABC's, multis, fish oil, cla, zma. I make sure and get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. My long term health is very important to me, so I want to make sure I'm cycling in the healthiest fashion possible ( I understand there are some risks involved ). Any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm not one to jump in head first, I like to research and know everything there is to know so i am prepared and know what to expect. My fitness is a hobby and lifestyle so I take this very seriously. looking forward to being on here. I have read the forums for " 1st cycle" and the majority of other major topics.
